Our thanks go to Lincoln Rugby Club and our Festival Director Eamonn Hogan for hosting this special commemorative festival.

We invite schools from across the UK to send Under 15 age group teams to take part in the VE80 Rugby Festival on Saturday May 10^th as part of the overall event. These players will also take a leading role in the ceremonies during the weekend.

The festival is registered with Notts/Lincs/Derby RFU and officiated by referees from UK Military & NLD Referee Society.

There are 10 places available for Under 15 teams at this unique international commemorative festival.  Please use our contact page to register your interest and receive an information pack. Please note that 3 places are pre-reserved for international visiting teams. The plan is to create 2 pools of 5 teams playing shortened games in a league format.  Phase 2 will be a series of ranking finals.

In addition to the Under 15’s there will be an invitational Under 18’s International Series. 

Two Veteran Charity Rugby Games involving the Wooden Spoon Charity featuring their British & Irish Men’s & Ladies selections.

An Under 23 International Fixture, between NLD RFU v Dutch Barbarians

Finally invitational Touch Rugby games which take place during the lunch break
